1. Can you custom size any kind of runner?
   Yes we can! We can custom size any length from 1foot up to 100feet. Even fraction lengths such as 6feet4inch long. If that is the case, simply purchase the next size up such as 7feet version and email us with your order number and special request; we will follow up with you asap.
2. How long does it take to make my custom size runner?
   Believe it or not, we ship within the same day or the next business day.
3. What is your shipping policy?
   We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous states. For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please contact us to get your special shipping quote.
4. Is international shipping available?
   Due to the high international shipping costs for our oversized heavy items, we currently do not offer international shipping.
5. What is your return policy?
   If for any reason you are not happy with your product; we offer FULL refund within 30 days.
6. What is your exchange policy?
   If you need to exchange the color or size of the runner, simply contact us within 30 days so that we can send you the correct item you need along with a free prepaid shipping label to return the item you received.
